Beach Baby

I haven't written a blog in forev, which always makes me feel like a loser, but that doesn't mean I haven't been combing the internet, looking for items to buy for my upcoming beach trip! (I'm the worst about buying things before a trip.)



Items on my radar:

1. mix & match bathing suit separates - American Apparel, $25 each
2. a lightweight sweatshirt for breezy beach evenings - Old Navy, $9.99
3. a nautical cover-up/dress for day, Urban Outfitters, $30
4. some sweet new aviators - Fred Flare, $11
5. a lightweight plaid shirt - Urban Outfitters, $19.99
6. cute beach hat - Eugenia Kim for Target, $20-ish? (sold out, but i still liked it!)
7. basic tank in soft fabric - Old Navy, $5
8. plain ole khaki shorts - J Crew, $20
9. stylish beach bag - Kitson, $38

Will there be oil washing ashore where I'm going? Possibly, but we already relocated our beach adventure from one gulf coast spot (Gulf Shores, AL) to another one in Texas, and although the oil is following us... we aren't backing down! Wish me luck.
